Current students can install Microsoft Office on a subscription basis to personally-owned computers and mobile devices at no additional cost.


Included programs in Office 365

  • For Windows: full version of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, Lync)
  • For Mac: full version of Microsoft Office 365 for Mac (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • For mobile devices: Office Mobile for iOS or Office Mobile for Android.

How to download and install for PC and Mac

  1. Visit https://portal.microsoftonline.com/ols/mysoftware.aspx
  2. Type in your NUNM student email address (ie. username@nunm.edu)
  3. Enter your student email password.
  4. You should land on the Office page. Select a Language and press the Install button
  5. After installation, you will be prompted to activate. When prompted, enter your NUNM student email address and password.
You can install Microsoft Office, Office Mobile for Android and Office Mobile for iOS on up to 5 computers and/or mobile devices.

Restrictions

This benefit is only available to current students. Shortly after you graduate or leave the College, your access to Microsoft Office through this program will end, and you will be prompted to purchase Microsoft Office.


If you currently have Office 365 Home Premium, Office 365 University, or a trial version of Office 2013, you will need to uninstall them prior to installing Office 365 ProPlus.

How many machines or devices does my Office 365 subscription cover?

You can install Microsoft Office, Office Mobile for Android and Office Mobile for iOS on up to 5 computers and/or mobile devices.

How can I find out how many machines or devices I have activated?

On any computer with Office installed from your Office 365 subscription, open Word and select on the File tab. Choose Account. You will see each computer you have activated, and how many downloads are still available.
